MLR is excited to present a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a premier healthcare facility near Smith Lake, NM.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) PACU:

• Deliver high-quality post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety, comfort, and a smooth recovery process.
• This role is a full-time, direct-hire position in the PACU.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no on-call duties.
• Monitor vital signs, manage post-operative pain, and assess for any signs of complications.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) PACU:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• ACLS and CPR certifications required; PALS and NRP certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in PACU, critical care, or surgical nursing preferred but not required.
