Job Description Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Desired Experience and Qualifications:Valid and current Occupational Therapy licensePrior experience in school-based OT, home health, or pediatric healthcare preferredProficiency in assessment and treatment planning for students with varying needsStrong organizational skills to manage documentation and service time (up to 3,090 minutes per quarter across a caseload of 24 students)Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staffAdaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic educational environments Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy interventions to K-12 students across a range of needs and abilitiesComplete thorough assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals targeting student independence and participationProvide direct therapy, consultation, and team collaboration within a 20-hour/week scheduleTrack progress toward therapy goals and maintain accurate records per district requirementsCollaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and outside providers to optimize student outcomes and ensure compliance with regulationsContribute to meetings and parent communications as the subject matter expert for OT services Enjoy a balanced workweek with a manageable caseload, meaningful student interactions, and opportunities for professional growth.
