Inpatient, Outpatient & Home Health

A patient-centered healthcare organization in Southern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team. This role provides a mix of acute care, outpatient, and home health services, offering strong clinical variety and professional growth.

About the Role:

• Provide OT evaluations, treatments, and care planning across multiple care settings

• Deliver high-quality therapy services in acute care, outpatient, and home-based environments

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support patient independence, safety, and functional improvement through tailored interventions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current OT license (or eligibility) for the state of Arizona

• CPR certification preferred

Compensation & Incentives:

• Full-time role

• $15,000 relocation assistance

• Monthly living stipend for 6 months

• Salary determined based on experience
