We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OrthopedicTrauma Surgeon (Fellowship-Trained in Orthopedic Trauma) to join a dynamic,multi-specialty team in Beaumont, Texas. As part of a collaborative surgicalistmodel, you will provide acute orthopedic trauma coverage while contributing tohigh-quality patient outcomes and supporting professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and inpatient settings
  • Maintain response coverage within 30 minutes, ensuring timely and expert care for trauma patients
  • Collaborate with cross-specialty teams including trauma surgery, acute care, anesthesia, and rehabilitation
  • Participate in surgical decision-making, performance improvement, and quality initiatives
  • Mentor and supervise mid-level providers and trainees, fostering education and clinical excellence
  • Contribute to performance, compliance, and protocol initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO, with successful completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Proficient in acute orthopedic trauma techniques, including complex fracture management
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
