Position requirements:
Turning, repositioning and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
Medication reminders
Monitor client's conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
Incontinence care
Toileting assistance
Ambulation assistance
Assist with dressing
Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
