Our work depends on a Project Manager joining our team to be responsible for scope, schedule, and performance of assigned projects from the Sterling, VA or Annapolis Junction, MD locations.

As a Project Manager supporting the Government, you will be trusted with management, direction, administration, and quality control of the execution of assigned projects/tasks in accordance with PMI PMBOK and ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities
Managing the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, and project conflicts
Planning, executing, managing, and closing projects that meet or exceed customer objectives in assigned projects
Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
Coordinating resolution of production-related problems/roadblocks
Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Coordinating development of deliverables and services
Ensuring proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of engineering services
Ensuring production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
What you’ll need
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline +6 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
10+ years of relevant experience managing projects through project life cycle
Solid leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
Solid organization skills and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Microsoft Project
