What We Offer
Onboarding Incentive.
COVID Pay:
Additional $3.20 per hour.
Shift Differential:
Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.

Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Record and report on client progress and behavior data.
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with families and team members.
Requirements
Completion of onboarding documents.
Resume.
Up-to-date negative TB test.
Credentialing documentation (per state requirements).
Qualifications
Minimum of a
High School Diploma
(must provide transcripts)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.
