T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).
This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health.
Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment.
Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
Resume and completion of onboarding documents.
Up-to-date negative TB test.
Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

COVID Pay: Additional $3.20 per hour.
Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.
