What You’ll Do

Lead and support daily retail operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment

Manage cash positions, balancing registers and supporting bank deposit processes

Drive sales growth and support achievement of operational and financial goals

Train, coach, and develop frontline associates while fostering engagement and growth

Support food and beverage service execution while ensuring quality and service standards

Address customer concerns and support an exceptional guest experience

Promote a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability

Support compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards

Assist with scheduling, labor management, and day‑to‑day operational priorities

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

Leadership experience in retail food service, hospitality, or coffeehouse operations

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to engage and develop teams

Passion for customer service and delivering a high‑quality guest experience

Ability to multitask and succeed in a high standards‑driven environment

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort with retail systems and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-volume retail or branded coffee concepts preferred

Experience with cash controls, sales goals, and team development strongly preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent

Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
