Commercial Insurance CSR | Applied Epic Pro

Capstone Search Group is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will support the account management team with policy administration and help manage renewals for mid-sized commercial insurance clientele. Responsibilities include processing policy changes and ID cards, updating applications, and corresponding with clients and underwriters. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in commercial insurance and proficiency with Applied Epic.
