Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Market Sales Associate who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, and passionate about engaging with guests, identifying their needs, and confidently recommending products that enhance their visit. If you love connecting with people, upselling with authenticity, and working in a fast-paced marketplace environment — this role is for you.
Part Time, $14.00/hour plus tips.
Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding guest experience that drives repeat business and sales growth
Greet every guest warmly and initiate engaging, sales-focused conversations
Identify guest needs and confidently recommend products, beverages, and bakery items
Be readily available and proactive in selling all market offerings, including retail merchandise and specialty gifts
Actively upsell featured items, seasonal offerings, and complementary products
Check on customers during and after they have been presented with their food and beverage
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages efficiently and accurately
Serve prepared foods and bakery items with attention to presentation and quality
Maintain fully stocked and visually appealing displays that encourage purchases
Organize and merchandise display cases to maximize sales potential
Accurately weigh, package, and process guest purchases
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting marketplace environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals

Ability to walk/stand for long periods; for an entire shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
