Responsibilities
Find and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and other partners.
Stay on top of market trends and look for new project opportunities.
Work with the leadership team to shape and execute business development strategies.
Help create proposals and respond to RFPs in coordination with estimating and project management teams.
Represent Fletco at industry events and trade shows.
Promote our work through digital platforms and marketing efforts.
Track efforts and share updates on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management—ideally in construction.
Strong understanding of the commercial construction market.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Confidence in presenting and negotiating.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
Team‑player who is proactive and professional.
