POS System Training : Learn to effectively use Southern Tire Mart’s point-of-sale system (MaddenCo).

Professional Development : Attend scheduled feedback sessions with supervisors, complete assignments on time, and actively engage in learning assessments.

Leadership Preparation : Build a professional network within the company and develop resources for future career growth.

Feedback & Growth : Participate in regular progress reviews, accept constructive feedback, and demonstrate continuous improvement.

Skills / Education / Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Strong interest in leadership, operations, or supply chain careers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
