
F-35 Sustainment Project Manager - Level 4

Description
You will be the F-35 Sustainment Integration Office – Project Lead and Action Officer.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate and integrate actions and projects that support F-35 sustainment, working closely with the Program Office, Sustainment Operations, and other functional teams. Ensure the assigned activities meet required performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage day‑to‑day operations of ongoing sustainment projects and act as the primary liaison between team members and senior leadership.
Planning & Execution: Structure project activities, track progress, and drive tasks to completion.
Issue Resolution: Identify project challenges, devise corrective actions, and ensure solutions align with program goals.
Monitoring & Intervention: Develop and maintain mechanisms for real‑time progress monitoring, early warning alerts, and timely problem solving.
Impact: Deliver affordable, mission‑critical outcomes that support the F‑35 product and service life cycle from initial fielding through long‑term sustainment.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with multiple Sustainment disciplines or Sustainment Project and/or Program Management.
Experience with executive‑level communications, presentation, and writing.
Project management experience (organizational and task management).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Desired Skills
Understanding of all Sustainment Integrated Logistics Support Elements.
Experience setting, measuring, and tracking performance metrics.
Project manager/lead experience.
Experience compiling, drafting, and editing executive‑level presentations and whitepapers.
Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely
Part‑time Remote Telework: Selected employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule for this Position
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
