This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established and supportive business with a strong team culture. Working within the Customer Care team, you will coordinate engineer activity and ensure customers receive a first‑class service from initial contact through to completion.
This position suits someone with previous experience supporting field‑based engineers or working within a service or maintenance environment; office‑based customer service experience is equally valuable.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming service requests and update records accurately.
Log service calls and arrange engineer attendance.
Produce customer quotations and issue service contracts.
Close completed service reports accurately.
Manage product returns and process adjustments.
Update stock records where required.
Maintain accurate data across internal systems.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
Comfortable working within a service or operations team.
Experience using Salesforce and strong Excel skills is advantageous.
Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused when handling queries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork and delivering a 5‑star customer experience. Hybrid working is available once probation is successfully completed.
