A vibrant, healthy spiritual life and a close, personal relationship with Christ.
Deep faith to see God’s vision and calling for this ministry.
The ability to generate a clear vision for the church, articulate it, and then initiate the plans to bring it to life from the ground up.
An honesty in dealing with Scripture, relationships, and finances.
The humility to admit mistakes and adapt strategies when necessary.
A self‑starter who works with diligence and excellence, motivated by an inner drive and calling rather than external factors.
A talent for effectively building relationships, particularly with the unchurched, and creating commitment and cohesion within the church community.
The ability to build and mentor a team, inspiring the team through successfully delegating responsibilities.
The capacity to identify needs and efficiently gather the necessary financial, human, and material resources to launch and sustain the new church.
An ongoing commitment to learning, developing new skills, and investing in the growth of himself and others to ensure long‑term sustainability.
