Reformed Theological Seminary is seeking a Full-Time Associate Pastor of Church Planting in Andrews, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant spiritual life and deep faith, and be able to generate and articulate a clear vision for the church. Strong team-building skills and the ability to effectively manage resources are essential. Responsibilities include mentoring teams and creating a cohesive church community. Salary is TBD.
