
Inventory Control Analyst

What You Will Do:
Review and manage inventory parameters to support world‑class customer experience and achieve service‑level targets
Purchase inventory to meet customer‑required delivery dates and demand forecasts
Maintain and manage item and vendor files to ensure accurate inventory planning and goal attainment
Develop, publish, and execute the annual returns schedule; collaborate with SC Managers to reduce excess and reserve inventory company‑wide
Partner with vendors to ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and competitive pricing
Manage inventory performance to meet asset management objectives, including:
150+ GMROI
Less than 2% reserve inventory
96% first‑shipment fill rate
Expedite open purchase orders to mitigate supply disruptions and delivery risks
Lead procurement efforts for special‑order and non‑standard items
Negotiate pricing agreements and purchasing terms with vendors
Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What You Will Bring:
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Detail Oriented
Familiarity with MS Office
Familiarity with NCE computer system
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Extensive use of computer and phone systems. Usual 40‑hour work‑week Monday through Friday; however, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on business needs. Requires regular and reliable on‑site attendance.
Salary & Compensation:
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
Pay is $63,100 to $78,900 annually, DOE.
