Business Analyst / Change Management Consultant
Supports business analysis and program enablement / change management needs for an IT program migrating business teams to a new enterprise content management platform. You’ll help shape the onboarding approach for a new team, then support enablement and change management as this project and its parent project scale. This role will facilitate workshops with internal business and vendor teams at client headquarters in Dublin, OH, in May and June. Aside from the workshops and any other meetings requiring on-site attendance throughout the contract period, the candidate will work remotely.
Key responsibilities & deliverables
Plan and facilitate discovery with business teams and the vendor (interviews/workshops)
Document current state processes (practical L2/L3 and flow diagrams), roles, and handoffs; identify pain points and risks
Translate needs into clear requirements and process documentation (e.g., approvals, boundaries of responsibility, reporting/dashboard needs, integrations)
Partner with the vendor to validate feasibility and shape configuration/onboarding recommendations; map requirements and pain points to platform capabilities
Create executive‑ready readouts that support phased onboarding, timelines, communications and OCM plans
Track action items, decisions, and next steps; follow up to closure
Support post‑discovery enablement/change management needs and additional content platform initiatives as assigned
Additional business analysis or change management tasks as assigned

5+ years supporting large, complex projects in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines
5+ years in OCM and/or business analysis roles; related certification(s) a bonus
Experience creating stakeholder communications (email, presentations, SharePoint, Viva Engage, documentation)
Strong facilitation experience with ability to deliver results and drive productive working sessions
Experience working iteratively in agile environments
Experience managing deliverables with multiple reviewers and navigating conflicting feedback
Familiar with planning/tracking tools (Outlook, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, Lucid)
Familiar with generative AI tools to accelerate deliverable creation
Bonus: OpenText, SAP Ariba, and/or ServiceNow experience
Bonus: Procurement, contracts, vendor management, or legal‑adjacent workflow experience
Bonus: Experience authoring requirements in Jira
