
Customer Support Specialist

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries (email, phone, and walk-ins)
Manage the main sales inbox and create quote/job folders for internal teams
Gather and document technical details to support accurate quoting
Route quote packages to appropriate team members
Enter customer and order data into ERP systems
Maintain organized file systems for quotes and completed jobs
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools)
Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Schedule
1st Shift: Five 8‑hour shifts per week
Overtime as needed
Flexible scheduling based on business needs
