As part of a large-scale transformation program within a leading banking organization, the PMO Office plays a critical role in ensuring effective governance, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a Mid-Level PMO professional to join the team and support the successful execution of multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and presentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the PMO Office in managing and monitoring projects within the transformation program
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coordinate across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Prepare high‑quality presentations for senior management and steering committees
Track project progress and proactively identify risks and deviations
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in PMO roles
Experience in transformation programs or complex, multi‑stream projects is a strong plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in Greek and English
