Our client, is seeking an Operations Leadership Co‑Op / Internship – Paint Department to join their team. As a Operations Leadership Co‑Op / Internship, you will be part of the Paint Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives.

Pay Range:
$16.75
What's the Job?
Shadow a Group Leader to learn day-to-day leadership activities within the Paint and Body Shops
Support safety initiatives, including observing job hazard analyses and participating in safety walks
Assist with quality call response, identifying issues, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor production flow, address constraints, and escalate issues appropriately
Learn manpower management, including staffing adjustments and task assignments
What's Needed?
Currently enrolled in an educational program, preferably close to graduation
Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work 32 hours per week, with flexibility on days and shifts
Strong problem-solving and people skills
Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and leadership development
