Job Description
The role involves managing and directing activities and teams associated with small to large-scale projects, with a focus on non-IT business applications and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct all aspects of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the full project life cycle
Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to define project scope and objectives
Develop and monitor project plans, initiatives, processes, and tools
Assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure successful project execution
Deliver high-quality project solutions within defined budgets and timelines
Provide proactive project guidance and support through completion
Track, report, and present project status to management and stakeholders
Core Focus Areas
Operations Management:
Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure operational readiness through effective project planning
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Lead cross-functional NPI activities, including pilot builds, validation coordination, and ramp-to-volume manufacturing
Change-Management:
Lead and support-controlled changes to product literature, manufacturing processes, and quality documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality systems
Contract Manufacturing Oversight:
Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to align schedules, quality standards, process controls, readiness plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of relevant experience
Soft Skills & Additional Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing processes and quality
Strong efficiency and workflow optimization skills
Proven project management experience within a regulated industry (e.g., manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or similar)
Experience working in compliance-driven environments
