Job Overview
We are seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization.

In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses, collaborating closely with both regional and global teams. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. They will play a critical role in creating impactful learning experiences that foster professional growth and contribute to the overall success of our teams. By leveraging strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the Learning Delivery Specialist will ensure that all training programs are executed seamlessly, leading to enhanced employee performance and engagement.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the office. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management and Delivery

Independently manage and drive the delivery of high‑complexity programs.

Develop and update run‑of‑show guides for both in‑person and virtual programs.

Serve as the Program Lead, ensuring expert delivery and smooth execution of programs.

Collaborate effectively within the delivery pod to handle all program logistics from setup through completion, including:

Booking and setting up meeting rooms (in‑person or via Zoom).

Researching, selecting, and booking hotels and restaurants.

Arranging catering and preparing printed materials.

Act as co‑host and producer in virtual training sessions.

Support onsite logistics and answer attendee questions, leveraging knowledge of content to assist faculty and address all program‑related needs.

Manage the budget for individual programs, ensuring financial adherence.

Co‑ordinate with other departments to ensure successful training program execution.

Develop expertise and leverage a comprehensive technical toolkit, including LMS, LXP, event management software, survey tools, and virtual delivery platforms.

Facilitator Engagement and Management

Develop strong professional relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors to determine areas of expertise for core programs.

Identify, confirm, and prepare faculty and facilitators for program delivery based on course content and participant profiles.

Recruit appropriate facilitators based on course content and participant profiles.

Organize and facilitate host briefings to provide facilitators with background on the program and relevant facilitation information, collaborating with other L&D team members as necessary.

Learning Program Expertise and Continuous Improvement

Act as a subject matter expert on designated learning programs, offering guidance to colleagues within the learning product portfolio.

Evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future programs and processes.

Share insights with the core content team derived from training experiences and participant evaluations.

Identify and communicate key themes from programs to team members and relevant human capital functions for broader application.

Develop a deep understanding of the learning program portfolio and its relevance to target populations, alongside a comprehensive awareness of the entire L&D curriculum.

Process Improvement, Team Collaboration, and Problem Solving

Collaborate effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams, promoting a strong culture of teamwork.

Identify and rectify inefficient processes, implementing necessary improvements.

Proactively address challenges and share expertise with team members.

Mentor and support colleagues in developing their program delivery skills.

Work closely with other Human Capital functions (e.g., Talent Management, Recruiting) to provide support and enhance training initiatives.

Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity, enhancing the L&D brand in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field.

Proven experience in program management and delivery, particularly in high‑complexity training programs.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), event management software and virtual delivery tools.

English fluency (spoken and written) required.

Ability to travel (10–20%).

Salary and Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,000 to $105,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
