Integrated Behavioral Technologies (IBT) is seeking a
Bilingual Psychological Technician
to join our
mobile psychological assessment team
serving children and families throughout the state of
Kansas . This position supports
autism, developmental, and psychological evaluations
through intake assistance, family communication, interpretation support, behavioral observation, test preparation, record organization, and clinical coordination.
This role is ideal for an individual with a
bachelor’s degree
who is passionate about serving children and families and has strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be
fluent in English and Spanish , comfortable supporting
Spanish-speaking families , and willing to
travel across Kansas
as part of a mobile evaluation team.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with autism and developmental evaluations
Supporting intake, paperwork, records collection, and family communication
Providing
Spanish-English language support/interpreter assistance
Organizing testing materials and supporting clinicians during assessments
Traveling to clinics and community-based sites across Kansas
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, education, social work, or related field
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working with children and families preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide
Formal interpreter training (40-hour program) required or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
Experience with autism, developmental evaluations, or pediatric behavioral health
Medical interpreter certification (CCHI or NBCMI/CMI)
