Job Summary
The Operations lead supports daily delivery operations at a Walmart partner location in Stonecrest, GA. The role focuses on leading a small team, preparing orders, maintaining operational readiness, and ensuring safe and efficient drone delivery operations.

Salary: $24 – 26 per hour
Work hours: 8am – 6pm

Responsibilities
Manage the onsite team and daily delivery operations.
Coordinate the team for accurate order preparation, site readiness, and safety compliance.
Act as the primary lead for people management and operational problem‑solving. Interpret KPIs and performance metrics to drive daily operational excellence, use data to influence performance, improve utilization, and support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Site Readiness & Daily Preparation: Oversee morning setup, ensure the operational area is clean and safe, and inspect equipment functionality.
Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination: Direct workflow for efficient order processing, conduct quality control (weight/accuracy), and supervise package loading onto aircraft.
Team Leadership & Support: Supervise a small team, manage staff scheduling, and provide training/coaching on procedures.
Safety, Security & Audits: Lead site safety, conduct daily inventory counts, and manage incident resolution.
Communication & Performance: Act as the team liaison to regional management, provide site performance updates, and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements – Ability to work both indoors and outdoors depending on operational needs.
Lift packages up to 35 lbs.
Push carts weighing up to 160 lbs up ramps.
Stand and move throughout the shift in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Ideal candidate background: Experience in warehouse, retail fulfillment, logistics, or operations environments; experience leading or coordinating small teams; strong attention to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency; comfortable working in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments; strong communication and problem‑solving skills; must be available 7 days a week; shifts typically 8‑10 hours between 8:30 am and 7 pm.
