Short and long term disability 401K Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Representing clients in employment litigation matters 2. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience 4. Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
