Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 1st shift Maintenance Manager for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance within a food-based manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety compliance and preventive maintenance. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with USDA regulations and standards for food plants is a plus. Proven experience in equipment and manufacturing maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs.
