Job Details
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, with RETA certification preferred.
Familiarity with USDA regulations and standards for food plants is a plus.
Proven experience in equipment and manufacturing maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs.
Strong supervisory skills, with a track record of effectively leading and developing a team.
Solid understanding of PLC technology and its application in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
A strong commitment to safety, with experience in safety compliance and enforcement.
A problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
