Product Manager, Data Integration – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Location: North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA.

In this role, you will own the Data Integration in alignment with the ERP‑SAP directive: strategy, governance, roadmap, delivery, and operational readiness for master and transactional data across SAP and connected systems. You will require strong collaboration skills to partner with application teams, functional process owners, data governance, integration/middleware teams, and operations to ensure fit‑for‑purpose data flows, high data quality, and sustained post‑go‑live reliability.

Position Responsibilities

Serve as Primary Point of Contact to SAP management and leadership ensuring alignment between the SAP directive, and cross‑functional sequencing and prioritization aligned to program objectives and business value

Establish and enforce ERP‑SAP data governance: ownership, policies, standards, data models, naming conventions, lineage, and reconciliation rules

Lead end‑to‑end data strategy for SAP and connected systems: master data, transactional data, reference data, interfaces, and reporting needs

Translate business requirements into data rules, validation checks, mapping specifications, and acceptance criteria for migration and integration

Drive data migration strategy and execution: source profiling, mapping, transformation, conversion runs, reconciliations, and cutover activities

Ensure robust interface mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation approaches working with integration architects and middleware teams

Define data quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), build monitoring and alerting requirements, and coordinate remediation processes with data stewards and owners

Coordinate testing and validation: prepare test data, lead data validation for unit/integration/User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and approve data‑related test sign‑offs

Create operational runbooks, support plans, and handoff procedures for post‑go‑live data operations

Serve as the primary escalation point for data issues during implementation and operations; drive root cause analysis and corrective action

Collaborate and act as servant leader to a team of Data Analysts/Architects (or coordinate with dedicated resources), mentor staff, and manage external vendor contributions as needed

Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and Project Management Office (PMO)/Program leadership

Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

5+ years of hands‑on experience with any industry ERP system or an equivalent such as SAP

5+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership, specifically in Data Science, AI, data products, or related technical domains

5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross‑functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

4+ years of experience deriving technical requirements from customer input or eliciting customer requirements

3+ years of experience working on interfaces connecting SAP and non‑SAP systems (Intermediate Documents (IDocs), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPIs), Remote Function Calls (RFCs) and Customs programs)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience

1+ years of practical experience with SAP data objects and migrations (Simple 4 High‑Performance Analytic Appliance (S/4HANA) or ERP Central Component (ECC)), including tools like SAP Data Services, Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), or S/4 Migration Cockpit

1+ years of hands‑on experience with data profiling and SQL for data validation; familiarity with data quality tooling and dashboards

SAP S/4HANA migration experience and certifications

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or complex discrete industries

Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), data catalogs, or data governance platforms

Experience working in Agile/SAFe program environments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range : $129,200 – $187,450
