Job Description
Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time | Caldwell, ID
Pay: $55,000 – $70,000/year | Morning Shifts | 40+ Hours/Week
Capitol Distributing, Idaho’s largest wholesale convenience store distributor, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our 300,000 sq. ft. Caldwell distribution center. Since 1983, we’ve served retailers across the Western U.S., delivering accuracy, speed, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Oversee inventory accuracy and efficient workflows
Manage schedules, PTO approvals, and attendance
Enforce safety and operational policies
Train, coach, and mentor team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1+ year leadership/supervisory experience
1+ year of experience achieving production or business goals
Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and tech skills
