Qualifications:
Candidates must meet minimum qualifications for Civil Service appointment
The ideal candidate must have substantial food service and supervision experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently live 40 pounds
Familiarity with most commonly used computer software and the ability and willingness to learn new software
Responsibilities:
Requisition food and supplies
Maintain records on inventory, production, and sales
Maintain time and payroll records
Oversee Free and Reduced Lunch Program
Supervises and participates in the cleaning and care of kitchen equipment
Supervises the training of kitchen staff involved in food preparation, cooking and serving
Supervises and participates in the preparation and cooking of meals
Salary:
Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based on education and experience.
