Position
As a Compliance Auditor you will perform internal audits and maintain compliance and document control of business processes.
Compliance Auditor Responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance to company quality system requirements including, but not limited to, AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, NADAP, FAA, and customer standards. Audit all functions for compliance to company developed procedures, instructions, customer and regulatory standards.
Assists with onsite customer audits.
Coordinate compliance activities, educate, and instruct QA and plant personnel in recommended compliance and housekeeping practices for new or transferred products.
Problem control review and monitor activity, assign improvement teams, monitor timelines, implementation, and verification on individual problems.
Facilitates new hire quality and compliance training.
Act as a quality system expert/consultant for other team members.
Review, comment on and approve changes to Document Controls systems procedures and work instructions. Conduct training on Document Control system procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze technical requirements and regulations that apply to the corporation.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a changing environment and manage changes and priorities; understanding the holistic nature of and inter-relationship within the Document Control System.
Quality Auditor AS9100
Demonstrated knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP and customer requirements and ability to apply that knowledge to audit activities.
Five years’ experience working in an AS9100 or ISO9000 manufacturing environment preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or three to four years of relevant experience preferred.

Orange City, IA is located in the northwest corner of Iowa in Sioux County. It is home to two growing school systems, a four-year liberal arts college, the annual Tulip Festival, as well as many large industry and development opportunities.
