Job Description
The Global Product Manager is responsible for the complete product lifecycle management of assigned product categories globally. This includes highly detail‑oriented day‑to‑day management of on‑market products within the category as well as new product funnel development, execution through launch, and product obsolescence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Delivers product revenue and margin for category portfolio, leveraging market dynamics, customer insights, product differentiation, and marketing strategies.

Manage effective relationships and lines of communication with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customer service, operations, and commercial teams to support business objectives.

Works closely with key stakeholders when analyzing the market, competition, clinical, and customer needs to identify customer challenges and develop category strategy and product roadmap to meet customer needs and deliver on business objectives.

Creates and implements go‑to‑market strategies and programs to drive the successful launch of new products, including product training.

Develops positioning and value propositions for all products within assigned category and collaborates with Marketing on messaging.

Develops all product claims and maintains product claims matrices.

Manages product lifecycle for the Kerr product portfolio, including identification and execution of product obsolescence, globally or regionally.

Serves as product / market expert related to product positioning, competition, product performance and market trends.

Maintains a strong understanding of global market dynamics and competitive environment and impact on business unit results.

Accountable for pricing strategy and update execution for assigned categories.

Attends, understands, and actively participates in Daily Management meetings to stay abreast of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and top priorities.

Champions and participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) to contribute to a high‑performing team.

Travels up to 10% domestically and internationally via ground and/or air.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.

4+ years of global product management experience in medical devices or any regulated corporate environment; with demonstrated success in all aspects of product management (ideation, VOC, business case, product development, FDA registrations, commercialization, and pricing).

Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA. This is not a remote opportunity.

Ability to travel up to 25% domestically & globally.

Preferred Skills

Graduate degree or MBA preferred.

Detail‑oriented and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Experience working through distribution as well as a direct model highly preferred.

Ability to think critically and in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously.

Skills, knowledge, and aptitude to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in the project.

Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate a business case.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong data analytics skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Proficient in using project management tools to develop schedules, allocate resources, and establish program budgets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Exceptional presentation skills.

Target Market Salary Range
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
