## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred* 2–5 years of experience in risk management, claims administration, HR, or a related field preferred but not necessary* Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto claims processes* Familiarity with OSHA regulations and reporting requirements* Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with claims management systems a plus
