RN House Supervisor
to provide evening clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in decision-making, team support, and ensuring high-quality resident care during off-hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and staff support during evening shifts
Serve as the on-site clinical leader for nursing operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery
Respond to clinical issues, staffing needs, and emergencies
Qualifications
RN license
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
