Breckenridge ISD – Head Volleyball Coach
Breckenridge Independent School District (Breckenridge, Texas) is seeking a Head Volleyball Coach for Breckenridge High School. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive volleyball program serving grades 6–12, fostering a culture of student‑athlete development and competitive excellence.
Program Expectations
Develop, promote, and grow a strong volleyball program culture (grades 6–12)
Support and encourage multi‑sport athletes
Embrace the department’s commitment to sports performance and strength & conditioning methods
Coach and develop all athletes, not only top performers
Collaborate with coaching staff and administration to support overall athletic department goals
Provide leadership in program development, organization, and athlete development
Requirements
Texas teaching certification (field TBD)
CDL required or willingness to obtain
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to student‑athlete development and program culture
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
Compensation
Breckenridge ISD is an above‑state‑base salary district. Additional coaching stipends are available. Compensation is based on experience and expertise.
