VP, Technical Architecture

DX and partner with diverse teams to design seamless order lifecycle experiences. You will develop expertise in distributed order management, inventory visibility, and fulfillment orchestration. You will work with clients across retail, manufacturing, and distribution to deliver recommendations that transform their order management capabilities. As our new VP, Technical Architecture, you will report to the EVP of Build relationships with supply chain, operations, and customer experience partners Develop requirements for real-time inventory visibility across channels and locations 8+ years of experience with order management systems OR supply chain technology consulting Hands-on experience with OMS platforms from vendors like IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Fluent, or similar Experience with omnichannel fulfillment methods: BOPIS, curbside, ship-from-store Knowledge of warehouse management systems and fulfillment center operations Expert proficiency in process mapping and workflow documentation toolsAbility to travel for clients up to 25% **Additional Qualifications:** Experience with order orchestration platforms and microservices architectures Knowledge of returns management systems and reverse logisticsExperience with EDI and supply chain integration patterns Benefits available with this position include:• Medical, vision, and dental insurance,• Life insurance,

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
