
Assistant Coach – Women’s Basketball

Edgewood University seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Coach serving as head assistant for the Women’s Basketball program. This is a ten-month position with optional full tuition waiver for Graduate level courses (18 credit hours per year) and small stipend.
Incumbent must be able to start by June 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
Ability to participate through coaching in practice and drills
Individual workouts with players
Instruction and assistance with two weeks of summer basketball camp
Game film study and preparation
Investment in lives and growth of student-athletes
Assisting head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring and evaluation
Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Necessary Education or Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Knowledge and Skills
Excellent candidates should have collegiate playing, and advanced skill and/or teaching/coaching experience.
