Whitewater 360 Sports Club & Café 360
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience at Whitewater 360 and Café 360. This role holds full P&L accountability and oversees all bar and restaurant operations, including financial performance, staffing, service standards, and product quality. The ideal candidate is an energetic, results‑driven leader who excels in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and strong team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Financial Management
P&L Accountability:
Prepare and manage accurate daily, monthly, and annual operating reports; ensure cost of goods aligns with budgeted and “perfect cost” targets.
Labor & Inventory Control:
Oversee payroll, staffing levels, and labor productivity; manage ordering and inventory for bar, beverage, and dry goods.
Menu & Program Development:
Lead food and beverage menu development, cocktail standards, and bar programs to maintain a competitive and contemporary offering.
Facility Standards:
Ensure all outlets, patios, lounges, and service areas meet cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Leadership & Team Development
Training & Standards:
Develop and implement consistent training programs for supervisors, leads, and associates, emphasizing service standards and operational excellence.
Team Engagement:
Foster a positive, high-performance culture through effective communication, coaching, and associate relations.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Partner with resort departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Guest & Member Experience
Service Excellence:
Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.
Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary contact for guest, member, and associate concerns; resolve issues promptly with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations
Proven expertise in ordering, inventory control, and production setup
Current TABC and Food Handler or ServSafe certifications
Strong computer proficiency, including scheduling and management reporting
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated leader with a strong “hospitality‑first” mindset
