Responsibilities
The SALSA is responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community.
Interact with family members, physicians, health service agencies, and hospital liaisons as needed.
Hire, evaluate, and supervise staff within the department.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT with strong staff management and supervisory skills.
BSN with at least two years of full‑time clinical experience, including one year in home health, OR RN with a diploma or Associate’s degree with at least four years of full‑time clinical experience within the past ten years, including one year in home care or community health.
