Job Description
Brookdale Cape May is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to supervise a 32‑unit Memory Care Neighborhood. The role supports continuous improvement and ensures high quality resident care. The position offers a $5,000.00 sign‑on bonus after 90 days.

Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel.

Direct RN resident care, making timely rounds and documenting care and observations of residents’ condition and behavior.

Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to ensure overall resident care.

Maintain an active RN license.

Compensation
Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
