Restaurant Manager

to help drive daily excellence across all dining venues.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers memorable member experiences.

The Ideal Candidate
You are a detail-oriented hospitality leader with a gracious, service-first mindset. You lead from the dining room, adapt quickly to changing needs, and inspire both members and staff through professionalism, mentorship, and consistency.

You will oversee all front‑of‑house operations, providing leadership, insight, and guidance to the service team while collaborating closely with the Director of Restaurants to ensure operational and financial success.

Northstar

ForeTees

Proven ability to build cohesive teams across front and back of house

Adaptable leadership style and business approach

Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and service standards

Desire to teach, mentor, and develop staff

Basic Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols

Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds

Flexibility to work the necessary Club hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
