Overview
A Beverage Manager supervises all aspects of a venue's drink operations, from planning and sourcing to staff management and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Responsible for supervising the operations of all beverage outlets.
Can recommend hiring or terminating in conjunction with disciplinary action.
Of primary importance is the assurance of maximum guest satisfaction and service and of efficient, controlled bar operation.
Has overall responsibility of beverage outlets during assigned shift.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
If in the process of performing duties access to RESTRICTED areas is needed, appropriate security escort will be provided.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
Previous experience in beverage service in a casino or prior experience at supervisory level in food and beverage service.
Effective communication skills
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
Team Player with a guest first attitude

USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
