Job Overview
This is a full‑time, remote position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida. If hired, you must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure.
Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+.
Deliver evidence‑based care using assessment and treatment planning tools.
Practice at the top of your license with support from the clinical care team.
Required Qualifications
Current, active, and unencumbered Florida state license as LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short‑term counseling skills leveraging evidence‑based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem‑solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
Experience or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery.
Deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
Comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms.
Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements.
Strong crisis intervention skills.
Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.
Education
Completed a Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
Pay Range
$29.10 – $62.32 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
