Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse - Weekend Team Lead to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.
Schedule:
Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$38 to $50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

How You’ll Contribute
In this role, the Fertility Nurse - Weekend Team Lead will:
Provide management and direction for the office in all areas of local operations including employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of the assigned site, and facility appearance & maintenance.
Organize the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize staffs’ skills and abilities.
Coordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations.
Work in close collaboration with the Regional Executive Director and other members of the management team to promote open communication to help ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients and to facilitate revenue growth for the Practice. Ensures that employees are compliant with the Company policies.
Set goals for assigned staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals.
Supervise and redirect assigned staff as needed to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
Write and administer performance appraisal evaluations for assigned staff.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Maryland RN License.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare industry.
Prior Charge Nurse experience and demonstrated leadership qualities; experience managing a team of people for maximum performance.
Strong computer proficiency including experience with MS Office Suite.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building.
Must have high bias for action and thoroughness, and ability to cultivate a high level of team synergy.
