Responsibilities
Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Empower patients and families: Educate patients and their families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
