Part Time Pharmacy Technician
We seek a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Hours: Part-time with 30 hours guaranteed weekly with potential to flex up to 40 hours weekly based on business need. Location hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with lunch from 12:00pm to 12:30pm.

Location: 5982 Rhodes Road, Kent, OH 44240.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff

Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist

Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies

Receive and process wholesaler medication orders

Verify medication stock and enter data in computer to maintain inventory records

Work with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements

Perform various clerical duties relating to the department

Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio

Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's licenseAbility to work onsite at 5982 Rhodes Road, Kent, OH

Ability to work part time with 30 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm

Preferred Qualifications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification

Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience

Compensation
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
