Pharmacy Technician (Mental Health Pharmacy)
Position: Pharmacy Technician
Location: 34700 Valley Rd, Room 1008, Oconomowoc, WI
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm with lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm
Supervisor: Registered Pharmacist
Primary Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer service to all patients and clinic staff.
Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under the direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist.
Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
Receives and processes wholesale medication orders.
Verifies medication stock and enters data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
Assists the Pharmacist in pharmacy functions and maintains compliance with all federal and state requirements.
Performs various clerical duties related to the department.
Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Wisconsin.
Availability to work on site Monday through Friday with 8‑hour shifts between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience.
Previous long‑term care experience.
Previous retail pharmacy experience.
