Specsavers Bridgnorth is looking for a Dispensing Optician Supervisor to join a friendly, community-focused practice. We pride ourselves on excellent patient experience and are passionate about building on our loyal customer base.
You’ll work in a well-equipped store that runs its own clinics, with all test rooms fitted with FDT, auto‑refractors, phoropters or trial frames, digital slit lamps, and OCT. Testing times average 25 minutes, supporting a thorough and patient‑centred approach to eye care.

Responsibilities & Duties
Lead the optical experience by championing exceptional patient care while elevating your team’s expertise through hands‑on training and development. Drive service excellence and sales performance, keep a close eye on costs, and collaborate closely with the shop floor supervisor to ensure a seamless, high‑performing store.

Requirement to work 1 day over the weekend

Qualifications & Requirements
GOC registered Dispensing Optician
Experience in a supervisory or lead role within a clinical eye care setting (preferred)
Strong commitment to high clinical standards and customer service
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to drive sales performance while maintaining quality care
